The Capitalist Lending Group, LLC managing director is Jeff Frantz.  He has been involved with private lending and real estate fund management since 2006.  His focus has been on the disposition of distressed residential and commercial properties nationally and locally.  He served as an underwriter for the acquisition of distressed commercial debt.  Prior to his real estate focus, he was an Air Force officer and C-130 pilot flying combat missions in Iraq, Kosovo and Bosnia.
