We offer one rate, term and fee schedule (see Loan Rates and Terms) and we have straight-forward loan amounts based on the property’s value or purchase price (see Lending Criteria).

We’re a direct lender with our own funds – we won’t outsource your deal to another lender unless you ask us to.

Brokers are protected – we offer brokers who bring us a deal to funding one point of the loan amount.
